The app is used by numerous Agricamper members and, under certain conditions, issues may arise.
Before contacting us, we kindly ask you to carefully check the following points:
- internet connection: do you have a stable internet connection active on your device?
- account access: have you correctly logged into your user account?
- device compatibility: does your smartphone or tablet have at least Android 5 or iOS 10?
- updates: have you installed the latest version of the operating system on your device?
If you are sure these requirements are met, please try the following:
- reinstall the app: remove the application and download it again;
- clear the app cache: this helps improve performance by clearing temporarily stored obsolete or damaged data;
- re-login to the app: re-enter login information (email and password).
If the application continues to malfunction, please contact us via email providing:
- full name;
- email of your account;
- model of your smartphone or tablet device;
- operating system version of your device;
- detailed explanation of the issue you are experiencing, preferably supplemented with screenshots and/or videos for a clearer and comprehensive understanding.
