Review policy for the Agricamper app

Thank you for your interest in sharing your opinions about Agricamper hosts.

To ensure a fair and informative environment for all users, we have established guidelines for publishing reviews:

Authenticity and relevance: reviews should be authentic and based on the user’s actual experience with the Agricamper service. Please provide relevant information that can assist other users in evaluating the service.

Respect and appropriate language: courtesy and respect toward other users, hosts, and the Agricamper team are expected. Please avoid offensive, obscene, defamatory, or disrespectful language in reviews.

Relevant content: reviews should focus on the user’s experience with Agricamper hosts, avoiding unrelated topics or personal promotions. Review verification: we reserve the right to verify the validity of submitted reviews before publication. False reviews, spam, or content that does not adhere to our guidelines may not be published.

Review moderation: we reserve the right to moderate or remove reviews that do not comply with our guidelines. We examine all negative comments and directly contact the hosts, which takes time. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

User support: if inaccuracies are found regarding the hosts, such as incorrect GPS coordinates, please contact our customer service directly. We will promptly make the necessary corrections.

Updates and improvements: your opinions are important to us. We will use the feedback received to continually enhance the Agricamper service, ensuring quality service.

How to connect to the app?

To log in to the app and access all the information about available hosts, follow these steps:

Receipt of purchase confirmation: after making the payment, check your email for the purchase confirmation.
Download the app: on your smartphone or tablet, whether it’s Android or iOS, download the Agricamper application.
Enter credentials: access the application by entering the credentials you chose during the registration phase (email and password).

If you haven’t received the purchase confirmation:

Check spam folder: verify your spam or junk email folder.
Payment failure: there might have been an issue with the payment.

Once logged into the app, you’ll be able to explore the hosts and make reservations for your camper or caravan trip!

Is my smartphone or tablet compatible?

We recommend downloading the app and trying the Demo version to check its proper functioning on your device.

Additionally, here are some elements to verify:

minimum requirements: the Agricamper app requires at least iOS 10 or Android 5 for proper operation;
recent updates: make sure you are using the updated version of your operating system and the app on your devices;
important note for Huawei/Honor users: since May 2019, Huawei and Honor do not have Android licenses.

To fully utilize the application and access all its features, ensure that your device meets these minimum system requirements.

Does the app work without the Internet?

The Agricamper app is designed to be used even without an internet connection, allowing you to access various information without the need for a constant connection. This information includes the map of the hosts, their names, contacts, GPS coordinates, detailed descriptions, and written reviews.

Internet connectivity is required in the following circumstances:

first access: it is necessary to recognize your account and load all the data onto your device;
viewing photos: to see all the photos of the hosts;
comments and reservations: to write comments about the hosts and to make bookings.

To activate the geolocation function, which allows you to locate nearby hosts, we kindly ask you to enable the use of GPS location data on your device.

Where to enter the host code in the app?

Have you seen one of our posts on Facebook or Instagram with the code of a host that interests you? Follow these steps to find the associated host:

Download and open the app, log in to your account and go to the top of the main screen.
Click on the search bar ‘Where do you want to go?’ at the top of the app.
Enter the four-digit numerical code in the search bar and press ‘Enter.’
You will be shown all the information related to the host associated with that code.

This process will allow you to easily access the details of the desired host within the Agricamper app.
