Does Agricamper offer a printed guide?

Agricamper does not provide a printed guide. Our guide is entirely digital, accessible through the mobile app and a summary ebook. You will not receive a physical guide by mail.

Some guidance after purchase:

  • ebook guide: you will receive an ebook summarizing the hosts, updated annually on January 1st, available in your account for potential printing;
  • immediate access via the app: you can access your account in the app for detailed and updated information about hosts to book your stops.

The membership card is exclusively digital in the app; we do not provide stickers for the vehicle’s windshield.

Once you have made the initial login, the credentials are stored for a month to facilitate subsequent logins.

Advantages of the digital guide:

  • instant access to data: book stops even if you have already started your journey;
  • continuously updated data: addition of new hosts throughout the year along with their reviews;
  • geolocation: find nearby hosts;
  • customizable filters: refine your choices;
  • offline access to facility data.

How to renew my membership?

To renew your membership, follow these simple steps:

  1. purchase the guide again: go to our website and purchase the Agricamper guide again;
  2. use your credentials: during checkout, enter your credentials for automatic recognition on the website;
  3. pre-filled data: your information will already be entered; check it and confirm the purchase.

Early renewal

If you decide to renew your membership early, don’t worry, you won’t lose the days between the renewal date and the expiration date of the current membership: the new membership will start immediately after the expiration of the previous one.

What are the golden rules?

The golden rules represent our code of conduct for all travelers who choose Agricamper as their stopover in farms. They are small considerations dictated by common sense aimed at improving the travel experience.

We trust you to respect these principles of life because the longevity of our network depends on the collective adherence to these rules, ensuring the well-being of all users.

We firmly request your compliance and respect for these rules for harmonious coexistence and the shared enjoyment of our hosts.

We want to emphasize that in case of violation of these rules, we reserve the right to cancel users’ memberships.

How many memberships do I need to purchase?

The membership is personal, linked to a vehicle, and is non-transferable. Here’s what to consider:

  • personal membership: one membership covers the owner and their co-passengers;
  • non-transferable: the membership is strictly tied to the owner and is not transferable;
  • vehicle requirement: each vehicle requires its own membership to stay at Agricamper hosts;
  • third-party usage: if the vehicle is used by others without the membership owner, it is necessary to purchase another membership.

If you have an active membership and change your vehicle (which always needs to be autonomous), there’s no need to buy a new membership: simply update the license plate of the new vehicle in your account on the Agricamper website.

Can I share Agricamper addresses?

Agricamper safeguards the privacy and security of all travelers and hosts. To preserve the tranquility and confidentiality of our users, it is prohibited to share the names of the hosts and their details. We ask to respect some important rules:

  • respect privacy: do not disclose hosts details, such as names and personal data, on any online platform or social media (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.);
  • do not spread sensitive data: do not distribute sensitive information in listings or other means of communication;
  • reproduction prohibited: any form of copying or reproduction of the application and its data, even partial, is strictly prohibited without explicit authorization from Agricamper.

If a host temporarily interrupts hospitality or chooses to exit the network, sharing its data could disrupt its privacy with continuous inquiries from campers or, worse, from third parties unaware of its temporary or permanent absence from the Agricamper network.
