How to unlock the account?

To unlock your account after multiple incorrect password attempts, follow these steps:

1. wait for 5 minutes: after your account gets locked, allow the system at least 5 minutes.;
2. generate a new password: access the “Forgot password” page and generate a new password to unlock your account.
