4 – Data Processing Location
4.1. The processing of data generated by the use of Agricamper takes place at Via Roma 48 – 23900 Lecco LC – Italy.

5 – Legal Basis for Processing
5.1. The processing of personal data by Agricamper is based on consent – under Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 – expressed by the user through navigation on this website and its consultation, thus accepting this notice.

6.1. The information systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. These are not collected to be associated with identified interests, but by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
6.2. 9.1. 11.1. 11.2. Data will be stored for the period of time strictly necessary to achieve the specific purposes pursued and, in any case, the criterion used to determine the retention period is based on compliance with the terms permitted by applicable laws and the principles of minimization of processing and limitation of storage.
11.3. Specifically, data will be retained for the following periods:
Data for purchases: Retention for 10 years for legal and tax obligations. Data for marketing: Retention until consent is revoked or 24 months after the last interaction. Inactive accounts: Data deletion after 3 years of inactivity, unless legal obligations dictate otherwise.

13 – Newsletter
13.1. With the user’s prior consent, and through voluntary registration via email, the user is placed on a contact list to which periodic update emails, including promotions and marketing, will be sent from this site.
13.2. An email is sent to the user (to the email address provided) containing a link on which to click to confirm that the user is
indeed the owner of the email address.
13.3. Personal data that may be collected in the newsletter:
Name, surname, email, preferred language.
14 – User Rights
14.1. The user is guaranteed the respect of their rights in the field of personal data protection. In line with what is stated and affirmed by the GDPR, in relation to the processing of their personal data, the user has the right to ask the Owner:
• Access: the user can ask for confirmation whether or not data concerning them is being processed, along with more clarifications about the information mentioned in this policy;
• Rectification: can ask to rectify or supplement the data they have provided, if inaccurate or incomplete;
• Cancellation: can request that their data be deleted, if no longer necessary for our purposes, in case of withdrawal of consent or opposition to processing, in case of unlawful processing, or if there is a legal obligation to delete or if they refer to subjects under fourteen years of age;
• Limitation: can request that their data be processed only for the purpose of conservation, excluding other treatments, for the period necessary to rectify their data, in case of unlawful treatment for which they oppose deletion, in case they need to exercise their rights in judicial proceedings and the data retained by the Owner may be useful to them, and finally, in case of opposition to processing and a verification is underway on the prevalence of the legitimate reasons of the Owner compared to theirs.
