The right of withdrawal (change of mind) does not apply as the product is of modest value, personalized, and consumable by nature. It is specified that the goods covered by the sales contract contain digital content; therefore, execution begins with the acceptance of the terms of sale.
Shipping
We ship FEFI printed guides throughout Italy and Europe at a flat rate, regardless of the number of guides ordered in a single purchase.
- In Italy: flat rate of €6.50 or free pickup at our Lecco office.
- In Europe: shipping costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Orders will be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase. We strive to organize the shipping of your guides on the next business day following payment confirmation, operating from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. We use GLS Italia Express Courier service to ensure efficiency and security.
For deliveries in Italy, the standard delivery time is 24 hours, except for the regions of Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria, Sicily, and Sardinia, where delivery can take up to 48 hours. In case of delivery failure, reshipment may incur additional transport costs. Alternatively, you can pick up your ordered guides directly at our Lecco office at no shipping cost. Please contact us to schedule the pickup after online payment.
